Working principle
M 250R compulsory mixer functions on the principle of mixing blades rotating at high speeds around the axis of the static mixing tank. The mixing is done using four horizontal mixing blades with special replaceable polyamide scrapers which simultaneously wipe the mixture from the side and the whole bottom of the mixing tank. Mixtures are filled through the screen in the mixture cap. The mixed materials are discharged by turning the sliding segment on the bottom of the tank. M 250R offers the possibility to quickly dismantle the mixing part for simple cleaning of the tank.
The mixing arms are driven by the maintenance-free front electric gearbox. To ensure maximum safety, safety elements are used – under-voltage release and terminal switch which disconnects the engine if the mixer cap is opened.
