The concrete spraying machine type CB 130 has a universal character. It can be used in both building and underground construction. It has a significant use in civil engineering works, during special foundations, securing slopes, reinforcing the walls of pits, collectors, galleries, etc.

Working principle
The operating part of the pump consists of two opposing working plungers driven by straight hydraulic motors and a shifting mechanism, the so-called S-pipe. The hopper (tank) is equipped with a grate with 30 mm slots, a stirrer, and a vibrator. The outlet from the hopper is 80 mm in diameter. The high-pressure hydraulic circuit consists of the main pump, hydraulic accumulator, hydraulic motors, oil tank, and oil cooler. The pump is driven by an electric motor or a diesel engine. The pump frame can be constructed as fixed, wheeled, or railed. The machine is equipped with a pump for dosing additives (with an integrated flow meter) for the purpose of spraying concrete in the so-called wet method. For easier maintenance, CB 130 can be equipped with a water rinse pump as well.
